The order was successful but I can't download anything?
If you start the download but it downloads nothing or only an empty file, please change the language at the top of the screen (English / German) and try to download the file again. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us via our contact form. We will reply within 12 hours.
The download stops in the middle, what should I do?
This can have several causes. It is important that you have a constant Internet connection. If you try to download the file via WLAN, it can happen that the connection is briefly interrupted. It would be advisable to perform the download on a PC with a fixed cable connection (LAN).
It is also not recommended to download our videos over a cellular connection. This is because our videos are very large and the connection of most mobile networks never remains 100% for a long period of time.
